Titles are hard
So a lady on Reddit told me I should buy Dragon Age: 2 if I liked Dragon Age: Origins, and because I have no willpower, I have done so. But since it wasn't available on Steam (Add me! My username is Tania_me), I had to go through EA Games' website. Or Origin, I suppose it is.
And all that's going through my head right now is "one of these things is not like the others."

Hahaha that actually looks quite funny!
ReplyDeleteI do use Steam, though I rarely buy games through it. My friend sends me games sometimes though, usually without asking me first if I even want to play them *lol* Which makes me feel horrible because they're often games I have no interest in.
I can add you to Steam if you want (once I figure out how.. yes, I'm that noobie!, but I'm very shy and rarely dare to talk to people (unless they talk to me first). I'm a poor excuse for a gamer!

I mostly use it to see what other people are playing. Mostly my friend Rhowena, because whatever she enjoys is likely to be something I enjoy, and I don't think I've used Steam to talk to her, haha, I've talked to her about what she's doing on Steam on Facebook. I am still grumpy at her for moving!
DeleteI'm not sure how the game sending thing works (how do you get games to share?), but I promise not to send anything without asking if someone wants it first. :D
You know, I actually have no idea how the gift thing works *lol* I just get a mail that I've received a gift, and then I can enter Steam to claim it and download it. I can only assume there's an option hidden somewhere to gift someone a purchase.
DeleteI use Steam for chatting to one of my gaming friends after she stopped using every other IM service *lol* And since MSN stopped (or is about to), I now only use Steam and Skype for my chatting purposes. (Facebook I only really use to logon and see what my friends are up to)
It sucks when friends move away, doesn't it? One of my best friends decided to move to Australia, so I haven't seen her for years now :( Too far, I say, too far!!
